Need advice! throwing a party in NY
Hi ladies,
I am actually from Atlanta, but I'm looking to throw a party in NY.
My DH has a milestone birthday this year in September, so I'd like to throw him a surprise party with lots of people from his past. He's from New York, so all his family and friends are there (mostly on Long Island, where we used to live). I am looking for a good place to host this party, preferably somewhere not too expensive.
Anybody have any ideas on venues, or related advice? I'd like a place somewhere in Nassau County, if possible, just somewhere not too far out.
