**QUICK! 1 yr anniversary - dinner?
Today is our 1 year anniversary. We decided not to do anything big since we planned a week long cruise to celebrate our anniversary and both birthdays in a few weeks BUT we decided we WOULD like to go out to a nice dinner tonight. We're in Melbourne and I don't think we have any nice restaurants. Where is there a nice place to have a 1st anniversary dinner in the Central Florida area?

The Chart House (just off of the Melbourne Causeway)
The Melting Pot (in Viera)
The Bistro (5th Avenue - Beachside)
What kind of place are you in the mood for?
I don't know the east coast well, so I can't offer any suggestions local to you (sorry!), but if you're up for a drive over to Orlando, here are a couple of my favorites:
- Le Coq au Vin - French Food south of downtown
- Todd English's Bluezoo - seafood and steaks at Disney's Swan and Dolphin resort (and of course, there are a lot of other good places on Disney property)
- Roy's or Seasons 52 - both in Dr. Phillips area (SW of Universal)

I'm not familiar with your side of town, but you can never go wrong with The Melting Pot and Chart House.
Couldnt agree more with these! the bistro is my boyfriends client, they are always awesome. the only thing about charthouse is if I were to spend that much money id choose melting pot over them, i like the atomosphere better!
have a good dinner with wherever you choose to go:)
All of the places Diane_BN named are AWESOME and romantic! I highly suggest Season's or Roy's!!!
