Buying a house for the first time on the South shore
Any advice is needed!
We made the mistake of getting involved with going forward to buy a house in the midst of all the wedding planning a month before our big day.
The homeowner ended up backing out at the last minute (we did lose the money we put towards the inspection, but we hadn't gone to contract, so that's on us!).
It was for the best though, because we can take our time now and hopefully find exactly what we are looking for.
Just looking for advice for other newlyweds who have recently bought/or are in the process........
