Is this your apt or are you a real estate agent? I am just asking because I am not ready to move until May and I am always looking at apartments and different real estate agents. Thanks:)
We currently rent in Long Beach, but are in the process of buying a home. Our lease expires on 4/30/07, so we may be looking for a subletter beginning 1/1/08. Our building is on the main street in LB (Park Ave) directly across from Waldbaum's and about a 5 minute walk to the LIRR. About same to beach. It's a 1-bedroom that allows pets. Let me know if you may be interested!
Unfortunetly, our lease is not up until May, so we would need something a little later...sounds like what we are looking for though

I'm sorry to hear the deal fell through for you...real estate matters can be very frustrating and I hope that things will work out.
