We found a really nice home for sale in Holtsville but dont know the builder so I was looking for more online, but I can't find many through google... TIA!

Check the local real estate agencies, they tend to know the builders in the area.

If your looking for a builder, my boss is one. Let me know what your looking for.
Prices really depend on the area, more so than the size of the home. Most new construction today have all of the features you listed as a standard, lot size of course differs. Prices right now, tend to start at around, 380,000 to as high as 670,000 again depending on area, and of course upgrades. But the standard new construction in suffolk county for a single family colonial, tends to be a 4 br, 2.5 bthr, lvr, dnr, fam. room and large open style kitchen. Have to checked out any of the website I posted earlier, they tend to list there features and price, they also have pics of their models. Good luck.
