Looking for a place in Cape, where to go?

We just recently moved to Ma and are about an hour and a half from the cape. We want to plan a family vacation this summer. There will be 6 adults and 1 toddler. I am wondering what areas have nice restaurants, beaches, shops, etc.

Re: Looking for a place in Cape, where to go?

  • We just moved to MA, too...how are you liking it?  I really like the Falmouth area.  I'm sure the further East you go, the towns get more quaint, but Falmouth may be a little less crazy for your baby and for relaxing.
  • Welcome to Mass girls! I moved to the Cape from Maine and just love it! :)

We are in Chatham and I am probably biased but it is such a wonderful, quaint town! SO much to do (The Chatham Fish Pier to watch the fishermen (and my hubby!) unload their days catch, great shops and restaurants downtown, seal boat trips, baseball games and so much more! You can see more on the Chamber Web site:

My sister actually rents her house for the summer (as do many of our friends) If you are interested I can send you the rental links!

  • I love Osterville!!
