Post your biggest pet peeves here!
Come on ladies, I know you have some good ones!
Re: Post your biggest pet peeves here!
I hate when ppl are closed minded. That's my biggest one.
As far as things ppl actually DO, I can't stand tapping. i.e.: pencil/pen on table, fingers, feet, etc.
Lindsay, I'm pretty sure my DH would drive you crazy. He is always moving his legs or feet, even in bed! I'm used to it though because it's something he's always done so it doesn't bother me.
The misuse of the english language. I work with a couple of people who use the phrases, "I seen it, " and "I ain't, " the word pacific for specific, and x-a-ray for x-ray. AAAGGGHHH!!! And the misuse of yea (pronounce yay) versus yeah.
Stacie- It would only drive me crazy if it the room was quiet and I could hear his foot tapping. However, I have enough tact to suffer in silence when I don't know the person )
Ellen- funny! I totally agree w/you. I have an English degree and reading these boards drives me nuts sometimes i.e. they're/their/there, your/you're, seen/saw and were/was--- blech! I wish I could overlook it, but I was the Copy Editor for my college newspaper. I was trained to see it!
