NYE Plans?

So what does everyone intend to be doing when the clock strikes 12?

I plan to be sleeping. DH gets up at 5 in the morning and there is no way I am doing that if I go to bed after 12. What a way to ring in the new year!

We don't go out for NYE any more.  We have become old and anti social.  We will be at home with the kids and maybe a glass of champagne before bed.  I can rarely stay up past 10pm.

I have three friends coming into town with their dogs! So it'll be 5 people, 4 dogs, and 1 cat hiding under the bed!

We're just going to have a social here at the house. Nothing huge, just us and our furbabies. We have a bottle of bubbly to celebrate the new year. But will probably crash soon after!

If anyone is going out, please be careful!

We are going over to some friends house for a party. We have always stayed in, so going out is new for us.

We are going to dinner with friends at Moe's Vineyard.  We have stayed in the past few years but since being new to SC, don't want to be anti-social and not have people contact us to go out ever!    Happy New Year!!!

DH and I love Moe's...have you been there before? His Company which is a large credit union right next to Moe's has their company Christmas party there every year.

We had some friends over and my brother and his gf and some of their friends.  nothing too major, but tons of fun.  Happy 2008!

we were in taipei, taiwan.  at the stroke of midnight, from the tallest bldg in the world (probably isn't anymore) they shot off tons of fireworks from the 7 balconies that wrap all the way around all 4 sides.  it was crazy like it was on fire, smoke everywhere after as well as an ash rain.  it was as crowded as times square so we were so happy to finally be home in bed at 1:30am!
