What's for Dinner?

After cooking up a storm this weekend, for a bday dinner I threw for DH and our parents, I am out of everything in my kitchen... I'll prob go grocery shopping tomorrow. I'm totally craving stuffed peppers!

Tonight is probably a veggie burger and maybe a sweet potato.  I won't be home until after 8 and I won't feel like really cooking anything.

stuffed peppers sound good! I haven't had them in a while.

thats so funny, last week I was craving stuffed peppers! and they were so good once i made them this past weekend.  Tonight Im making yummy chicken salad.

Tuesday- Baked Ziti

Wednesday- Oven Baked Chicken with baked potatoes and veggies

Thursday- Contessa Stir Fry meal (sesame chicken)

Friday- not sure since I think we are going up to north Jersey that night

Last night we ordered pizza b/c I wasn't feeling too good.

Tonight - turkey sausage and peppers sandwiches

Wed - spice rubbed pork chops

Thurs - chicken tacos

Fri - Buddakan! I have $50 in Starr gift cards and a $20 open table check. Hooray for an affordable dinner at Buddakan : )

Last night we had Eggplant Parm Tonight- Chicken and Asparagus Roll-ups with a side of linguini Wed- chicken tacos Thurs- veggie stirfry Fri- friends are flying in from New Orleans and we are going to a beer tasting. Sat- chicken parm burgers with a side of homemade sweet potato fries.
