Free Self Defense Classes w/ Brentwood PD.
Brentwood Police Dept offers free classes most months in self defense to any women who want to come. I signed up to take a class this week, but there were only three people who showed up and we need a minimum of six.
The next class is going to be Mon, May 19th - Thurs, May 22. (the April one doesn't have enough people either and will be cancelled) The classes run from 6pm -9pm all four evenings and are held at the PD on Sunset Rd. just off of Concord.
I'd really like to take this class and am trying to get enough people to show up so it isn't cancelled again. Anyone want to join me?
April is National Grilled Cheese Month. How are you celebrating?
