Hi ladies! DH and I are new to the Nashville area from AL. Just wanted to introduce myself and get acquainted with this board.
How many Nashville wives/brides do we have here?

tnmaybride04, we live in South Nashville right now. We're in the process of buying our first house...it's in Antioch. Any advice on how to survive the rush hour traffic on I-24?
I'm in Nashville DH and I moved here in August. Welcome!!

* iPod or satellite radio
* Drivetime traffic reports (TV or radio)
* Avoid the trainwreck of back traffic that is Bell Road turnoff. Learn the way home from at least 2-3 other turnoffs. And know your backroads.
* M'Boro pike is not a half bad route if I-24 is a huge mess.
Providing there are no major accidents, you'll always be moving if you just stay on I-24. On the few occasions I've thought back roads would be faster, I've been proved dead wrong. To the tune of double the commute time than if I was just patient.
