We are in Franklin. our builder was Southernland. our subdivision is sort of pricey $400k-$1M+ (although I like that unlike most subdivions there is a wide spread in price ranges which makes the 'hood a little more diverse).
there are a couple subdivisions with good porches. Lenox Village in Davidson county has them and i think mckays mill in Franklin does too.
