A Personal Update

I started my new job yesterday! :-) It's pretty exciting. I'm working for Wells Fargo bank in the mortgage department, I'm responisble for all sorts of things Mortgage, and Equity line related. . .. . . it's scary b/c I know NOTHING about banking, but they interviewed me, and I told them upfront that banking was not my thing, and well here I am! They liked me, so I have 3 weeks of classroom training and then 3 weeks of on the floor training with a mentor. After that I'm on my own.

So, that's why I'll be distant these next couple weeks! Just wanted to share.

Congrat Rikki, I'm very excited for you! Things are definitly looking up, and the mortgage business should be booming soon with all the loan mods being offered as well as the first time home buyers $8000 tax credit being offered. Fingers are crossed over here in real estate land! T worked for Wells Fargo before she got sick, they are a great company who are very LGBT friendly and all around supportive of their employees.
