condo on NW side of Indy for sale or rent
Hi ladies! I am an old timer here but this was successful for me a couple of years ago so I thought I would try again...
After marrying my honey I moved up to Valparaiso and left my condo on the NW side of Indy. I found another knottie who actually got married the day before we did who rented it and we have been renting it out ever since. We are open to either selling it on our own or renting it out again. Here are the specs:
*in the North Pointe Bay complex-on 96th Street, between Township Line Road and Michigan, easy access to I65 and shopping
*2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse
*half bath remodeled
*new kitchen appliances
*marble fireplace
*washer/dryer upstairs, near bedrooms for easy access
*dining room with cathedral ceilings
*lots of closet space (2nd bedroom has huge walk-in)
*small patio
*located off cul-de-sac in complex so very low traffic-safe!
*complex has pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts
We are looking at renting it for $875 a month. Our current tenant is moving out at the end of this month so it would be available to move in mid May. We have not figured out price for buying yet but know that it would be in the $90's. Please let me know if you have any interest or questions. I really loved living there and would love to have someone who would enjoy it as much as I did!
