Cream cheese and bacon croissant rolls
Asparagus wrapped in phyllo dough with parmesan cheese
Deviled Eggs (MIL is bringing these)
Fruit Salad or a spniach salad with strawberies
A "semi-homemade" coffee cake
and some other type of bread like muffins or croissants
An Easter meat pie
An egg casserole (with ham and cheese, peppers, onions and hash browns)

lol anytime, jackie, anytime
it's not too much food for 13 people? my mother keeps telling me it's too much food...
Well, I think you are having a brunch. If so, you don't know how long people will be there, perhaps for both breakfast and lunch. Also, you have an infant... leftovers are good! No need to worry about lunch / dinner during the week.
Also, buy some of those Ziploc tubberwares, and send guests home w/ leftovers.

That all sounds delish to me! I come from a family that ALWAYS overdo the food at parties. I think its better to have more than less. I agree with previous post, just have people take home some leftovers! Good Luck!
Your daughter is gorgeous by the way!
It all sounds delicious! I think you should be just fine ... I also agree that more is better.
