Re: Phillies
Yeah DH said they usually start out bad and then get better. It just sucks that they didn't start out these first few games with a win yet. Ewww I hate the Mets and hope they don't do anything this season. have they done anything good last season?? NO!
I'm sad that they haven't won a game yet....
Watching them getting their rings today was awesome.
The Mets really beefed up in the off season though. They really really REALLY want to clinch the NL east.
I think the Phillies needs to refresh their bull pen. They only have two reliable pitchers and one is very close to retirement. Cole Hamels can't pitch every game!
PP is right, they do always do horrid in the beginning of the season but I love them anyway. We're going on April 18! Can't Wait!
So, how'd that work out for you?
I don't mean to be a hater, but I am a Padres fan, and they are expected to do absolutely NOTHING this season. I have to get my trash-talk in when I can!
I actually like the Phils, last season's WS was the first one I can think of when I didn't loathe one or both of the teams playing.
