I'm not from Connecticut and actually, when it comes to women's hoops, I'm a Lady Vols fan but....that said, what the Huskies did was incredible. It was really nice to see Renee Montgomery get that title and it's nice to see really, this year, there was absolutely NO question about who the best team in women's basketball was.
Le sigh...if only the college presidents could learn from the success of the women's and men's basketball tournaments and oh, I don't know, figure out a playoff for college football?
