~I have to VENT~
Why do people have to be so rude? And what business do they have asking me how I would pay for my food if I didn't have my check book on me?
Let me explain. MH pays our bills online and I just got a call from the car company wanting their payment (which I know went out Monday). I tell the girl this and she still wants me to pay her over the phone a second payment. I tell her "MH pays our bills and it was sent out, you are out of your mind thinking that I"m going to pay you ANOTHER payment when one is on the way. Then she asks me how I would pay for food if I had to go and buy it today? I asked her what is it any of your business how I would pay for that, and I hung up the phone on her.
I know companies are having a hard time with people not paying their payments but mine is always on time and for that girl to call me and ask for another payment over the phone non the less really really pisses me off.

Wow, I'm so sorry that happened to you! And her logic about paying for food being the same as paying your car payment doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The payment is already on its way! Oh, that makes me mad. I would be pissed about having to make another payment on something I already paid for that month. Argh!

i hate that the companies are being such a**holes now!! seriously...with times like this, they should be nicer. we do our own financing and i try to make as many arrangements with out clients as possible. we feel bad for ppl who loose their job. but when ppl are just straight out jerks its incredible!!

Well is it Chrysler and they are hurting for money so they don't feel bad at all for being stupid. But really that gives her no excuse to talk to me like that. I just want to *** slap people like her. I say that because I use to collect bad debt for one of the companies I worked for down here and I was at least nice to the ppl.
I do feel better after venting though.

I got a call once from my insurance company informing me my pmt was late... by 2 days. I was so upset they called me b/c of this. I seriously made the woman feel like ***. I felt bad afterwards, but dude, I am a GOOD paying customer (always pay on time) why are you harrassing me over $100 2 days late!
