our neighbors....
let their dogs run loose and its driving me crazy!!!! it's all the dogs in the neighborhood get together and play tag and stuff and we live right in the middle of it. my dogs go nuts! I think we and one other neighbor are the only ppl who don't let our dogs run loose.
I've looked up the laws about it all to see if there is something I can do about t. Not a thing i can do about it.
I'm concerned for a few reasons...1. When we drive out of the neighborhood the dogs will sometimes chase us...scares me to death I'm gonna run over one. 2. I don't want my boxer getting into a fight. 3. I have full intentions of starting my hobby farm this year and don't want dogs chasing my livestock.
I have looked up what can be done in that case but it only helps after the damage has been done.
simply...why can't they be responsible for their dogs and keep them from running loose?!!!
