Yoga Classes?
Anyone out there have any good recommendations for yoga classes? I am looking for a place where I could do drop-in clases because myschedule is not very flexible. Work most nights, and mornings!
I have been to the Pilates Center of St. Louis years ago, but I am not familiar with any of the classes/instructors there now. Also looking for some place that may offer prenatal yoga. I am very early so I am not sure that I need that yet, but it would be nice to be someplace that has experience with it.
In South City, but work in South County.
