QOTW: What did you major in?  Do you use your major?

I majored in Poli Sci in undergrad, which I use in a somewhat roundabout way.  My masters is much more in line with my career goals (as it should be).

Re: *~* Idaho: Weekly Check-in *~*

  • I majored in Elementary Education and I do use it.  I would like to get my masters soon, in reading so I can be a reading intervention coach, or something like that.
  • Kelly- What a precious baby!  How is mommyhood treating you?
  • I am currently in school ( I see the light at the end of the tunnel). I will graduate in May with a degree in Kinesiology and a teaching certification for Physical Education K-12 and coaching certification. I hope to use it!!! I didn't go to college off and on for 10 years to be a cashier! lol
I teach PE during the summers, and I coach during the year so I guess I don't use my degree right now, but I use my education. When I get my degree I'll be able to teach in the school district full time.
  • I'm heading back to school hopefully next fall.
  • I have a degree in computer science, and hopefully a MS this semetser in computer science. I vertainly use my degree =) I am a software design engineer.
