Buying a house!
Since the house in January fell through, we spent early March searching for another one. We found one! It's awesome! We've had all of our inspections and the appraisal and they all went great! We close on May 8th. I told DH that I was taking our air mattress and sleeping on the floor that night because I am that excited.

3 bedrooms -- each with a walk-in closet. I am in heaven! I will take the slightly smaller bedrooms in exchange for spacious closets!
One large, full bathroom upstairs and a 1/4 bath in the basement. The basement one is really just a toilet behind a curtain. There's also a shower head over the drain. I told DH it's his bathroom.
It's a 1919 bungalow, hence the smaller bedrooms and the lack of a bathroom on the main level. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all quite spacious. It has a huge fenced-in yard for our dogs and a two car garage for us!
