Hi there - I haven't actually posted on the knot/next in ages but decided to take a peek here a couple of weeks ago and saw that you are expecting a baby! Congratualtions! I remember you from the VT Knot boards when I was planning my wedding and I'm so happy for you. I'm actually expecting my first too and it's so exciting! Good luck!

I am enjoying it...esp. now that the 2nd trimester is in full swing and I have some energy back!! : )
I'm in the process of looking for part time infant care ...for October...My top 3 options have HUGE waiting lists. I may start looking at getting a nanny for those 2 days a week that I have to work...

Thanks, I was really sick in my first tri and didnt gain any weight. My dr is not happy about it, but what can I do?! Look into VT Nanny Connection. I worked for them once and they are a great company. What area are you in? We live outside of Montpelier, but are going to deliver at Fletcher Allen.

Yeah - I never did get around to a bio... : )...and there's not too much to see at this point. I'm 15w2d and just starting to pop out a bit. Add to that that I'm a bit heavier to begin with so showing is not exactly what I would call it at this point : ) ...maybe I'll get something up before too long.
I'm sorry that you were so sick...I hope you feel better now and are enjoying your pregnancy.
We're weighing the option of me working PT and paying daycare against alternatives, taking kids in, working PT nights/weekends, etc. I'm sure it will all work out just fine...thanks for the tip though. I'll check them out.
