PSA For anyone thinking of ordering baby furniture in Charleston
AVOID BABY PHASES! DH and I attempted to order our baby furniture at Baby Phases yesterday, which was our third trip to Baby Phases. Yesterday was the first time someone really tried to help us and seemed genuinely nice. We were told from day 1 that they do price matching, so I looked around and found the furniture we liked for over $200 cheaper at USA Baby ($100 cheaper crib, $106 cheaper armoire and $30 cheaper nightstand). However, when I tried to get them to the do price match, they said that because USA Baby doesn't ship to my home that they couldn't match the prices. They were so rude to us during the 3 visits that we decided to drive to Charlotte for the cheaper prices rather than allowing them to rip us off. Also, if both Wells and Baby Phases carry items, we found Wells to be cheaper. Plus, the women we've worked with at Wells have been extremely nice. We are ordering our nursery chair and ottoman from Wells instead. I refuse to ever buy anything at Baby Phases because they have proven to me that they are all for ripping off expectant parents.

Wells is SO MUCH BETTER! They are friendly and I have been going there for years! I frequent their anniversary sale and always find a great deal!!
