Custom cycling jerseys?
Does anyone have any recommendations on custom cycling jerseys? My friend is looking to get a few made for his race coming up over Memorial Day weekend. Is it even possible to get some made that quickly?

Most companies have a 12 week lead time and a 25 jersey MINIMUM. Try www.customsublimation.com. He might also want to do semi custom jerseys.

Do you think a printing company could adhere graphics to a blank jersey? Not sure if that would compromise the integrity of the fabric.
A printing company can screenprint just about anything on a jersey if you provide them with a graphic. I'd recommend a light colored jersey and dark colored graphic/logo (no flourecent yellow if it is or a race. He will be laughed out of the race). The screenprint won't last as long, but it would do for a few months. You probably already know what screenprinting is...
The normal process to print a jersey is called sublimation. The "ink" (or dye or whatever it is), is embedded in the fibers of the jersey. It's expensive, which is one reason most companies have minimums and the prices are so high.
Check on the same websites for semi custom jerseys. Those are usually cheaper and faster to produce.
