How many pistachios are in 2/3 of an ounce?
Does anyone actually know? I guess I'd need a digital scale to really find out, but I'm not buying one. I'm guessing it's between 12-15 pistachios?

That's probably a pretty good guess.
I got my kitchen scale at Stop n Shop (in the kitchen utensils aisle) for less than $10 and I really did find it very helpful when I was measuring portions & counting calories strictly.
There are 20 raw almonds in an ounce. My guess is that pistachios wouldn't be too far off from that.
