My cousin used Scott Molander and was VERY happy with him. We planned to use him but at the last minute went with who our realtor recommended. I wish we used Scott.
We used Joe Griffin out of Londonderry. He came highly recommended by our realtor and was great to work with. He explained EVERYTHING about the house to us, went over safety issues, etc, etc... we were both very impressed with him and felt we got our money's worth.

I am a Realtor in the Plymouth area - for all of my first time home buyers I strongly recommend Choice Building Inspections - John Rice He is very thorough but is also very good at explaining alot of maintenance issues that first time home buyers may not know about. He covers the whole state, his weekend inspections tend to book up very fast. His information is below.

*Hope you have a good home inspection know matter who you choose! They can feel very overwhelming sometimes - Good Luck!
I'm late on this, but we used HINET. They are a great company. They will do the inspection, and if they miss something (like they told you the heater worked and you found out it didn't after you move in, they'll fix it). Also, when something breaks, and you get a quote from someone, they'll come free of charge and make sure you are getting a fair price for the work. The owner of the company is on the board to get home inspectors licensed and regulated in NH.
