Is there a way to keep the newest posts at the top?

I've been on boards with this same format before and there's always an option to switch how the posts are listed so the newest post stays at the top (like the old format).

When you're looking at the posts, scroll down to the bottom and there's different ways to look at the board. I don't know if you can sort that way or not, I didn't look at it closely.

I can't see a way to stop it, you can only sort by author, etc but the only way to sort it by date is by "last post date"  why don't they have an "original post date" option?

So far within a post, you are able to do that. Next to "watch this thread" there is a "sort" box.
