Using Public Transportation with a 1 year old...
I drove with my DH and DS here to spend the week while my DH works. We have our car but since we are staying right on the Magnificent Mile, I really don't want to be driving around. I would love to go to the aquarium but any suggestions on getting around with a little one? This may be a dumb question but being from STL and never using PT, I'm clueless. TIA!

The #146 bus goes from Michigan Ave to the Shedd. Just make sure you get on the southbound side of the street - the bus drivers will usually be friendly and help you make sure you are getting on the right bus. They also have a little rampy thing they use for strollers. Make sure to have exact change, or a pre-paid card. You can find all that stuff on the website, www.transitchicago.com
