Great news!!!
I don't know how many of you remember the issues we had selling our condo due to being in a flood zone and the mortgage companies required the condo assoc's to have a policy which they didn't have and wouldn't get. Well Jesse and I submitted paperwork to FEMA to request the property be looked at, because we were no where near water. Well we got word today the property has been removed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Calling State Farm right now to get my money back!
