Wanna make your heart melt?
DH and I wanted to rescue a dog for the longest time. We finally went this week and fell in love with a little Terrier Mutt. I just got the call that we are approved and im going to pick him up today! I?m so excited that Loki is going to have a partner in crime! lol he?s a very social dog and Loki behaves best when he has another dog with him. Hes happier and calmer. We have been socializing him on the weekends with my MILs and sisters dogs as well as our friend?s dogs and its so heart breaking when we have to take him home. He just sits at the window and whines.

This is the little guy! He?s going to get to be about 30-40ish lbs.
he was found on the street. they thought he was dead but when the went to move him he was still alive. he was starving to death and had a cold that turned into a respiratory infection. the shelter there was going to euthanize him but this rescue took him to nurse him back to health. he was a stray. his mom abandoned him and they dont think the other litter mates survived
He still doesn?t have a name so i am open to suggestions! So far DH likes Chevy & Reilly

Gia, he is so cute! It's so awesome that you are able to rescue him. It sounds like the poor little guy went through so much!
I think Reilly is a cute name. He looks like a Reilly!
