N.County Vet & Dog Park recs
We're bringing home a puppy (Brittany spaniel) in 3 weeks! She's 5 weeks old now, and I'm super excited! Does anyone have any vet recs for North County? Any dog park's you know of in N.County? I know of a few in SD (Ocean Beach, PB) but that's too far to drive all the time!
Also-do any of you have pet insurance? I'm just checking it out, and curious!

I can't think of the name of my parents' vet...
Not sure where in north county you are but I do know there is a dog park in Escondido, though. It's way out off East Valley Pkwy just before you get to the hill to go up to Valley Center but it looks OK (I think the Humane Society is housed out there now, too). It's on the left-hand side if you're heading east; just past Washington. I've never been but I've driven past it a bunch of times!

What part of north county?
There's a big one in Poway. A little one up in San Elijo hills. I think there are a few more in the San Marcos/Carlsbad area...
Furthest north I get is Del Mar Dog beach.

It isn't big or great, but we take Sierra to the Carlsbad dog park on Carlsbad Village Drive, between College and El Camino Real.
She also loves going to the Carlsbad lagoon.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
