I ate healthy today, NO SNACKING, just one glass of wine (it was an emotional day)

I did fine when I was at school today since I brought my lunch, grapes and a granola bar. I had some pretzels at school, but that's it. My problem was coming home. After I had a healthy snack, I proceeded to have some chips. Oh well. Can't be perfect all the time.?
?I even walked to get the mail today. I'm glad I did that. I *am* going to Rockland Lake tomorrow if it kills me to take a walk. It's supposed to be beautiful tomorrow!?

I went to the gym and completed my second workout of week 4 in the couch to 5k program. I ran for a total of 16 mins - and walked for 14. I sweated my @ss off!
I didn't eat so healthy today though - I had leftover mac & cheese (thanks to amanda&paul) and then just snacked quite a bit at a friend's house. When food is in front of me, I have a hard time resisting - especially snacks!

ate okay ~ wish I didn't snack so much on pita chips and hummus. DH and I went for a 2 mile run though.
I cheated SO bad last night.. I caved and ate 2 cookies from our department library and had taco hell. I got really depressed after admitting that TTC is put on hold after this cycle if I don?t get a BFP.
But I?m back on today. DH can?t find our awesome scale so I have NO idea how much weight I lost.. I know I lost it. I can see it in my tummy which is where I needed and wanted to lose it most. That?s where it goes first on me so I?m SO happy to see that hasn?t changed! I feel good. Even though I cheated like a mad woman.. I?m glad I hopped back on the bandwagon.
When DH finds the scale, I?ll post my loss since my last doctors appointment which was in March. (Both scales were in sync, we tested them) It?s not going to be a huge dramatic weight loss but hey.. A loss is a loss!!
This new format is driving me crazy! I read your post before I looked at the date and was like wow, a glass of wine, she knows how to start the morning off! LOL
Anyway, I was pretty good yesterday. I had a small dessert after dinner and a peanut butter cup earlier in the day, but my meals were healthy and porportions small. It helps having 2 babies in that I don't have time to eat much! I also went for a walk and hope to each day this week with the weather being so nice.
