this.
This and This.
Bingo
We are approved...I thought I put somewhere we were using a friend this cycle and next cycle the bank. It could have been my blog though.
Anyway, thanks for all the support.
Um... I'm not sure if I am suppose to be offended or what....
This is a friend who helped us *last year*. We've had paperwork written up since we tried last year.
As far as a health screen, yes we had that done.
This man is one of my bestfriends, I've known him since I was pretty young. He has always said if we would like assistance he would like to help E.M. and I.
What's the point to wait if everything is in order and everyone is ready.
The main reason we weren't going to try this cycle was because I was sick closer to the beginning of my cycle and that made me late... so I was worried that ovulation would not come as scheduled....thus not allowing me to tell our friend in advance the possible days we would need him.
Hope that clears things up for you.
I'm not trying to offend you, just trying to keep pace.
I realize some of your timelines have shifted, and I'm not one to follow blogs, so unlike some other ladies on here I wasn't aware of the friend who is helping this cycle.
I read the post about meeting with a doctor...and then getting approved at the bank for the May cycle...and then all of the sudden you're propped up on pillows. Hopefully you understand there was just some missing information there and now you've connected the dots.
From what I've learned about you on the board you do seem like someone who makes your goals and goes for them, which is great. So no, I would not have been surprised if you really had found a completely new donor and started from scratch. If that's what you wanted, I'm sure you and EM would make it happen together.
I completley understand.... I too lose track of where we are sometimes.... I dont follow (or normally write in) blogs.... but I wanted a versatile place to keep everyone (you ladies who have been so helpful, understanding, and encouraging and our other friends and family) up to date.
Thanks for clearing it all up. I hope I make more sense.
We are definitley NOT expecting a BFP this cycle but ...what if? What if it is a positive and what if we hadnt tried? Then we'd never know
.
Always worth a shot!
