AW: I got a promotion!!
I'm so excited I'm sharing the news with everyone! I had my staff review today and I found out that my promotion was approved!! Because I work for a university I had to fill out a ton of paperwork about my job and it had to be submitted to the university to review, etc.
Effective May 1st my new title is Senior Exercise Physiologist

I did get a raise...7% which is awesome considering our yearly raises are usually 3% or less and they already said this year that normal salary increases are not happening so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised!! It's going towards paying off debt! Since I get paid monthly I'll get my first paycheck with the new salary on May 31...can't wait!!
My birthday is in May so this is probably going to be the best birthday treat!

Maybe the Baby Pens and Bears will both advance to the next round of playoffs and you could come for a game.
