Packing is sad!

So we are busy each night packing up the house.  Hope to be out by the weekend.  And I have to say I am getting quite emotional about the whole thing.  DH and I bought this house when we were engaged, so we got married and had our son while we were living there.  I think the hardest part is leaving Sean's room.  The bedroom was completely unfinished and we had to put in a lot of work and love to get it ready for him.  It is just sad to think he won't ever remember it.  I realize we have only lived there for five years, but there still is a lot of "growing" for us all that happened there and lots of memories that will be hard to leave behind.

I totally understand, we are starting to go thru the same thing (though no baby!).  It's sad and exciting at the same time.

I think the end of the summer / maybe right before classes start up again.  We are very excited to take Sean and show him all the places his Mommy and Daddy used to hang out (like he will understand what the heck we are saying at all!)

So cute!  I am so bummed, one of my cousins got into Skidmore but isn't going to go.  Oh well, she's from Ohio so she wants to stay closer to home, but it would have given me an excuse to go up there more often!
