Moving to your area soon!!!
Hello! I am an Oklahoma nestie and my husband and I are moving to San Diego this summer. We are military and will be trying to move near Coronado. My husband and I have been tossing around the idea of buying a house that is in foreclosure. Coming from OK where the COL is much lower, we think that would be the best way for us to buy a home. I have seen on Craig's List many "take over the payment" foreclosure houses, but I don't feel super comfortable with that idea. So I was wanting to know of some relators in the area that are reputable to see if they could help us find something. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!!! TIA!
No....click me!!!! Cause I'm the wedding bio!
Bloggin it up!

Re: Moving to your area soon!!!
We purchased a foreclosure back in October. I always thought that we would never be able to buy a house in California because of the high cost but when the bubble burst we could not pass it up. Depending on how long you will be in San Diego I would rent or buy if you are staying for a while. I do not think I would ever "take over someone else's payment." There is too much that could go wrong there. Our realtor is: Chris Veuger cell phone 619-972-4238. He grew up in San Diego so he knows the area very well. I hope that helps.
I agree, my DH and I are military and looked ALL over Craigslist before we decided to move where we did.
I do not believe the "take over your payment" deals on CL. I know they are a bunch of scams. Just be careful.
