The house is ours!!!!
We were able to come to an agreement with the sellers, just a touch higher than we wanted to spend but they are including all curtains & rods, the flat screen above the fireplace, surround sound system & receiver that is built into the living room, internet infrastructure(built into the house), bosch freezer in basement and cabinets in basement.
Closing date won't be until June 27th because their kids are in school, I hope the time flys!!!
