My poor babe!

I has been a rough few days!  We picked Emma up form daycare Wednesday afternoon with a fever and ear tugging.  I never saw her tugg or play with her ears, but her fever was 101.5 so I thought teething.  She slept so so that night and played a bit Thursday.  Never tugged ears, we did the aternating tylenol/motrin, just seemed a little off...not sick off.  Middle of the night going into Friday, she woke up so I went in to feed her.  When I picked her up she was on fire and screaming.  She was at 103.1....after a 5 minute lukewarm bath, her temp went UP to 103.4.  Off to Sparrow we go!  Another double ear infection.

Middle of the night last night, I go into feed Emma and she is headto toe hives with facial swelling..  Off to Sparrow AGAIN!  New antibiotics and steroids-better baby.

Did I mention waking from nap yesterday with Pink eye.  Fabulous!

  • Oh no! Poor Emma! I hope she's starting to feel better!
  • Poor Emma. It's always something! Have you asked your pedi about allergies or something? How old does she have to be before she can get tubes in her ears? There has to be something they can do for the poor little thing! Good luck!

  • poor Emma! Good luck with the new pedi. I hope they can give you some answers so you don't have to go through this anymore. It seems like the poor little thing is always sick. Is she feeling any better? It must be so hard on you and your H too.
