Anniversary Lobster Dinner
Thanks again for the anniversary congrats everyone! It really was a great day! I just wanted to share the lobster recipe that I made for our anniversary dinner.It is SO good (and really easy)...much better than the usual boil and dip in butter. The Costco in Rancho has a fresh seafood set up on weekends right now, with lobster tails for $19.99 per pound. A great price for lobster.
Anyway, here is how I cooked them. My husband asked me to make them again for his birthday next month!
