Another Restaurant Rec please...
DH's birthday is on Friday and I'd like to take him somewhere new and nice for his birthday. Thing is, it can't be too fancy of a place that our 2 month old baby would be out of place.
He'll sleep the whole time, but he will be in his carseat.... I'm stumped on a place such as this. Any ideas???
Re: Another Restaurant Rec please...
DS was 3 months old on DHs birthday and we went to Maggianos. ?He was in his car seat and slept soundly the whole time! ?It was perfect!
?Congrats on your son!!?
Congrats on the baby!! I have taken DD to Stoney River a couple of times, and she was not asleep, and was fine, so asleep, she would have been perfect! I miss the days when she would sleep through anything...
?
we've done JAlexanders with a baby no problems.
I wish I could think of a non-chain restaurant that would be good but I think Red Pony/Saffire are too cozy for a carseat
Finezza's Italian in Belle Meade is nice. Nice but also family friendly. We've taken DD there many times with no problems.
She did fine at J. Alexander's at that age. I think all the ambient noise actually helped as she went right to sleep in her carseat.
Bricktop's seems family friendly, I see kids in there.
Mafiaoza's is family friendly, but it gets busy in there, so it might be too loud.
I'll keep thinking too...
