Is there a local commercial you just laugh at everytime you see it ? Or one that you will always remember ?
Dirt Cheap, Ask for Buckley, Ted Drewes or any others.
Mine is for a insurance company but I can't recall the name. It starts out where an older woman walks into a company and they say something to her and than she starts rocking back and forth and yelling incoherently, than she is in jail, than she is in court. It is just a crazy commercial and I laugh all the time even though I have almost no idea what the characters are saying. Also when I was younger I used to always laugh at Schweig Engel commercials but they are no longer in business.
So what are yours ?
Re: Favorite local commercials
I always chuckled at the carpet commercials, especially the one who sings on his guitar. GCO carpet or whatever it's called.
I don't know that they ever had a commercial, but my favorite slogan for a STL company was from "The Crack Team" - they would fill cracks in your foundation so that your basement wouldn't leak... their slogan was "A dry crack is a happy crack"
I like the Becky's Carpet and Tile commercials too...
I think the dog is too funny. Dh doesn't understand why I laugh when I see buckley the dog
A couple of years ago they sold boxers with that slogan on them at Christmas time. LOL!
I always get the Frederick Roofing song stuck in my head after I hear one of their commercials
