"I didn't know I was Pregnant" on TLC

Has anyone watched this show?  I watched it last night and was blown away by some of the women.  I just can't imagine being that out of tune with my body.  One woman was already a mother of three, yet for her 4th child, she didn't know she was pregnant.  It seemed to be the same story over and over, lost weight, felt no movement, had no morning sickness, didn't gain any weight, etc.

  • Yeah we watched it last night too. I could not imagine. And your water breaks and they let the baby hit the floor or fall into the toilet. Crazy folks
  • omg, I know.  I have watched it a few times.  I think the women are seriously in denial.

  • When does this come on? I have always been really annoyed when I hear about people who "didn't know they were pregnant."

They had a marathon on yesterday/last night.  It comes on TLC, so I would just check the website or scan the channels.

  • What I don't understand about it is the skipped period and the not feeling any movement.  I know they try to say they have regular cycles, but I thought that was extremely rare?  And for the no movement, seriously? I just can't imagine that.

I do know a woman that was 8 months and "didn't know".  She went to the doctor for stomach pains and the doc said, "well, it could be that you have an 8 month old fetus in there!"  I guess it would have to happen to me before I actually believe it.

  • I just don't think I would not know. I have never been pregnant before but I feel like I would know.

  • Last night was my first time to watch it.  I was horrified!  Not a feel good baby show. :(
  • I can't imagine that either. With Lauren, I honestly knew I was pregnant within days. I have always been aware of changes. I knew when David was on the way too, long before the EPT test.
  • I was over 5 months along before I found out I was pregnant. It is possible, I mean I would like to hope that I would have figured it out further along..
  • this show is so funny to me. i don't know why exactly but it is.
