Best job search tool
I moved here about 7 months ago and still have not found a job. I live in the Naperville area, and really do not want to commute to the city as I have kids.
Can anyone recommend other search tools than the normal monster and careerbuilder? I have put in so many apps and resumes and do not even get a call back. Very frustrating!

I too am looking for a new job, and while I haven't been successful in my search, this site has been a goldmine for leads and openings.
