Pretty Good Pork Chop Recipie

I tried this tonight and it's a pretty good alternative to the boring way we make porkchops.  I did change it per some of the reviews.

I seasoned the chops with garlic powder, onion salt, and pepper and then lightly browned them in a frying pan.

Used 1/2 cup catsup and 1/2 cup bbq sauce.  I also sliced an onion and layed it on top.  I would even think pinapple slices would work too.

I cooked it for an hour at 350 degrees.  Everything else remained the same.

The sauce did come out a little watery, so I'm wondering if you could take some corn startch after everything is done and thicken it up on the stove as a nice gravy?
