Looking for a contractor/ handyperson
So the DH and I were chatting last night and apparently he is considering selling our house this year and upgrading...so there are a few repairs around the house that need to be completed before this happens. I am looking for someone to give me a piece by piece quote for all of this, but here are some of the things that we need done.
Replacing trim, painting, sanding and refinishing an area of hardwood flooring, replacing framework and sheetrock in basement.
Let me know if there is anyone that you can recommend based on his or her quality of work, price, and timeliness.

I have a guy I can recommend. I've never used him but he's a friend of a friend and I know several people that have. I'll get his contact info and send it your way...
