Help! Stolen DOBIE pup!!!

My sister lives in the area so I am contacting the owner to see if they want us to put up signs in the neighborhood. I am also trying to get the chip number so I can call my vet off of Rockville Road to let them know.
If you can help in any way, please do - I can't imagine what I would do if one of my dogs was stolen
