I have a friend moving here with her family. They will be looking to rent an apt. 2 to 3 bedrooms. They have a 2 1/2 year old and a 2 mo. old. Any recs would be great!...TIA Price range is $500-$900
Re: Richmond IN
Well tell them GL As of right now the job market is down and there is alot more houses for sell then apartments for rent...If there range is $500-900 then there best luck right now would be to buy unless they want to live in a crappy apartment like ours...Economy is so bad here right now its crazy!! They might want to try Renaissance Properties...My step dad does there carpet and says that out of all of the Land Lords they are the best and they have the historic houses for rent...They average $450-$600 per apartment...only reason why we did'nt rent under them is because it was out of our price range... Another bet would be country club...but for a family of 4 that might be cramped...
Hope this helps!!
