Had an interview today...

I am interviewing for a new teaching position, because my school is going down in class size and I am the only non-tenure person in the building which means I am most likely out...

The interview went okay, but I haven't interviewed in two years and felt so out of it.  The lady was total blah, so that was hard to work with too. 

She showed me the mail box that she had stacked with resumes.   it had to be over 600 resumes and so I felt good that I beat out all of those candidates.  I just don't feel confident that I "nailed it"........blah this sucks....

I've been interviewing a lot lately too and the more you do it the more confident you feel. ?But I def. have had awful interviews where I felt like I did horrible. ?I always tell myself that it's normal to be nervous and sometimes I'm just not going to hit it off personality wise with the interviewer.

Good luck with the position. I hope you hear something soon. I've been applying so much and nothing yet. It's making me discouraged.?

Just think of this as a learning experience if it doesn't go your way. Where was the interview?
