Connecticut Nesties
Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.

Thank you.

Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.

Living Will Info LIP

With a baby on the way, the topic of wills, life insurance, etc. has come up a lot in our house.

In case anyone else has been thinking about doing this, here's a link to download state specific Living Will directives.

Re: Living Will Info LIP

  • I'm gonna be a PITA here and say that people should really go to an attorney to get these done.  The last thing you want is for them to be challenged or improperly done.
  • you're not a PITA at all, kate. i appreciate your professional feedback.

not having any kind of law background, I really don't know what I'm looking at here. so thank you for the recommendation.

  • Thanks Bek.  I don't think they are that expensive to get done, esp if you get a will done at the same time.
